SC WILL HEAR S. SREESANTH ON LIFE TIME BAN

A three judge bench of Supreme Court vide order dated 31/01/2018 listed the matter of S. Sreesanth for 05/02/2018. Aggrieved by the judgment of Kerala High Court S. Sreesanth seek to the Supreme Court for relief against lifetime ban which was restored by division bench of Kerala High Court. Cricketer S. Sreesanth in his SLP challenged the inquiry which was conducted against him when he was behind the bar. The Bench comprises of CJI  Dipak Mishra, Justice A.M. Khanwilkar and Justice D.Y. Chandrachud after going through the petition of S. Sreesanth listed this petition for above date.
