Mr. Rajinder Singh, Managing Partner of Lex Jurists has been nominated as a Chair, Litigation Section, Indian National Bar Association (INBA).


Mr. Singh is a leading well known litigation lawyer of the country and specialise in white collar crime.  He also undertakes various philanthropic activities in India.  He has been the Legal Coordinator of Rape Crisis Intervention Centre of Delhi Police for 8 years. Moreover, he holds the distinction of having been regularly featured in many Criminal Law articles and papers published in leading magazines and international journals including the Washington Global Post.

Additionally, Mr. Singh has participated in panel discussions on leading news channels of the country and has also been interviewed for prominent Criminal Trials in India. Mr. Singh is a prominent speaker and has moderated various conferences in India and abroad. He has successfully contested cases at the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), led corporate fraud investigation teams in Cyprus, and is regularly engaged as a counsel for commercial disputes in Dubai.

In addition, Mr. Singh led a team of counsels to Spain and United States of America to engage and negotiate with law firms for filing and contesting law suits/ criminal cases for various clients. On a regular basis, Mr. Singh undertakes numerous pro bono criminal court assignments including conducting trainings and delivering presentations on Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act in various government schools. As a distinguished litigator, Mr. Singh has dealt with a broad range of matters related to cheating, forgery, criminal breach of trust, misappropriation, cyber-crimes, corporate fraud, negligence, counterfeit currency, offences involving weights & measures, Motor Vehicles Act, Negotiable Instruments Act, Legal Metrology Act, Rules and Enforcement Directorate cases, Central Bureau of Investigation cases, arbitration matters; to name a few.

During his school and college days, he was a sportsperson of national and international repute in figure skating and won many laurels for the country. Mr. Singh is also a keen golfer and a Harley Davidson Rider.

 He intends and planned to organise under INBA for the betterment of Indian lawyers as well as common peoples, improve justice delivery system etc. Mr. Singh has been awarded as leading Criminal lawyer of the Country at various forums.

The INBA, a voluntary bar association, seeks to provide an opportunity to learn and interact with lawyers around the world and provide an opportunity for lawyers from other jurisdictions to learn about the Indian legal system and for Indian lawyers to learn about the legal systems in other countries.
