Regular Studies after failing twice in the school: Delhi High Court
Everyone should be given a second chance in the life but it doesn’t mean that second chance is the end…..We are no one to give or take chances…It’s the life which provides many opportunities. Once failing doesn’t mean the end of everything because the other chance is waiting for you.
The Delhi High Court gave a historical judgement that a student failing for the two times in the same class should not be expelled out from the school. He should be allowed to take admission in the school for continuance of his regular studies.
The High Court Justice Sanjeev Sachdev ordered to give admission to the 11th class student who failed twice in the class 11th.
The petition was filed by Advocate Ashok Agrawal on behalf of the 11th class student. The school authorities were not allowing him to take admission in the school for the third time. The advocate contended that the father of the student is barber and his mother is housewife. Due to their poor financial conditions, the student was continuously failing in the class due to lack of required facilities for study but he wanted to study further.
Thus, it opened the way for all those students who were not permitted to take admission in the schools after failing twice in the same class.
Really, the judgement is historical in its own because it provided new opportunities to the students. It will stop frequent suicides by the youth thinking that failing in the class is the end of everything. It protected the rights of students.
